We are pleased to share Digital Scholar’s 2025 Annual Report. Throughout the tumultuous year, we remained dedicated to sustaining and maintaining the projects on which our users have come to depend, while also iterating and innovating new approaches.
The report highlights new developments for each of our projects, and identifies areas for growth. You will read more about Digital Scholar’s support of open source, open access, and allied organizations within digital humanities and cultural heritage sectors.
As an organization, Digital Scholar’s global workforce grew to 34 individuals. We were pleased to bring everyone together in two sites for our first All-Hands meeting, creating new pathways for collaboration and experimentation. As the year progresses, keep your eyes out for new software features, learning opportunities, partnerships, and field-wide conversations. We also want to hear from you, as we all work together to sustain open-source digital infrastructure.
